Here is your chance to get really in-depth on the topics that matter most to you. ISBN’s Roundtables are designed to be highly interactive sessions moderated by an expert in each topic area. The moderators share information on the topic and the attendees are also encouraged to participate and share ideas. Each roundtable will meet for 60 minutes, and will be limited to approximately 10 participants each. Attendees have the opportunity to choose four roundtables to participate in out of the eight topics available.

Topics:

1. Social Networking
Hear how to optimize social media for business development, monitor the success of your company’s social media program, use social media to recruit clients and employees and develop a corporate social media policy to protect your brand online.

Moderated by Jenny DeVaughn of Social Precision. Jenny specializes in strategic corporate and professional growth via social media consulting. Her clients include corporations of all sizes that are seeking to leverage free social media tools to increase revenue, discover new clients and new talent and monitor their brand online.

2. Measure & Prosper
Learn about the two key indicators to evaluate and drive your service providers’ productivity. Simplify and make your metrics actionable with visual coaching and other tools to increase salon and individual performance.

Moderated by Tom Kuhn of Qnity. Tom is founder and principal of Qnity, a company that helps multi-location salons achieve greater profitability. Tom’s background as a CPA, a former CEO of a multi-location salon business and an artist gives him a unique perspective as a consultant.

3. Regarding Real Estate

6. Tracking Marketing Costs and Results
With all the focus on internet-based marketing, we sometimes forget that traditional marketing and advertising can still be very effective.
